What freaking US Aircraft?
The very existence of flamethrowers is proof that at some time or another, somewhere, somebody said to himself, "You know, I really want to set
those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."-- George Carlin

Kim Junk Ill's increasingly severe mental illness appears to be reaching
dangerous, or just plain silly, levels:
North Korea threatened Wednesday to wipe the United States off the map as Washington and its allies watched for signs the regime will launch a series of missiles in the coming days. I can just imagine him with an eraser, erasing the name United States from his map. Craft time at the loony bin. Source: AP
Aside from that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

at what point do you stop explaining away the antics of a derranged tyrant and inform him as a world body should he test fire any more missles they will be
summarily shot down and taken as a provocation with severe consequences up to an including incinerating his headquarters as a wake up call. Leaving him to his
idle threats and without repercussions that truly punish emboldens idiots.

Doesn't this situation rather prove that the Bushites were sure that Saddam was defenceless?
Here you have had NK for decades, armed to the teeth, threatening who knows what, and left severely alone. Except when the Bushites tried to appease them with gifts. What sort of lesson is this to Iran? Disarm and invite invasion; or arm yourself to ridiculous levels and be showered with insults but also attempted bribes. "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll |

The message to Iran is simple....we have your back!!! Screw up or attack our interests and we have 200,000 troops ready to storm into the country.

i await such stupidity with trepidation, Geoff. Iran would be an entirely different place to invade than Iraq.

Poor little Kim Junk Ill. His 4th of July threats fizzled, and his SCUDs were duds, falling less than 300 miles away. One can only imagine how
embarrassing it was for his missiles to fall less than 1/14th of the way to Hawaii. Heck, most kids could build Testors rockets which would have better range
than those rusting relics.
On the 1-10 embarrassment scale, this one goes to 11.
Aside from that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Over 400K south Korean Troops, Over 150K US troops. That will do the job just fine. There will be less than 500K Korean troops left when we invade.

Scoundrel, you talking about NK?
Geoff was planning to invade Iran "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen.
