both sides are indeed full of crap, but not for those reasons
I agree. Am just commenting on some of their moronic behavior.
If I were any more laid back I would be in a coma.....

It really doesn't matter who Obama nominates for any post. The left will like it and the right will hate it.

She can't be faulted for her ruling. According to Title VII o fthe Civil Rights Act if a city conducts an exam to determine which workers will be promoted
and then no African-Americans are identified for promotion - that disparate impact on black workers is presumed to be illegal. The city is expected to correct
the situation.
Her nomination will certainly create some lively discussion of this CRA, maybe correcting it? |

Actually that is not the case. If they selected someone that was not a racist nor generated laws from the bench (activist) I would not only support it but
would say so. How about them crackers.

You are one of the crackers, Scoundrel.
"There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll |
